What you need to do First is signup for an account, then login to your members area and find the "Affiliate Program" under the "My Account" Section. You will find your unique links within this section that you can advertise by inviting people on your facebook and myspace profiles.

If anyone joins Yorkshire Auction through your links, you will get credit.

THEN WHAT?

Have you noticed the Swoopo, Competition and VivaStreet links that show up on the site? Well, these adverts are from other Yorkshire Auction members who have earned credits using our affiliate program, as the credits earned can be spent advertising your Affiliate or Business banners throughout the website.

Once you have earned your first credits you can upload your banner adverts using our "Member Banner Management" system that we have put in place that allows you to manage all your adverts in your account. This section can be found within "My Banner Ads" under the "My Account" Section once you login. You can advertise your banners on the homepage within the right and left sidebars, on each auction page and in the wanted ad section. Your banner must be the exact size stated or it will not activate.

All banners must be family friendly, no hate, racism, or adult links are allowed. Any banner that we see as unfit for the website will be removed without notice. Anyone who abuses the system and opens several accounts through their own affiliate links will be banned and IP's blocked. All accounts must be ID unique and no more than 2 accounts from the same address.

The more credits you earn, the more times your banners will show on our website which will earn you more traffic to your products or services that you advertise. Dont forget, all the traffic i send to the website will also see your banners.

We have successfully installed the Yorkshire Auction Affiliate program that allows you to refer other users and earn credits from your referrals activity on the website. The affiliate page can be found within your members area under "MyAccount".

Within the Affiliate Page you will find a unique web address that is linked to your account. You must advertise this address to gain credits to your account. You can even just enter your friends email in the correct box and send a welcome email which will include your tracking code. If your friend signs up, £5 will be credited to your account.

The credits you earn can be used to upgrade your auction listing or to advertise your business banner on our website using our built in "User Banner Management" system which can also be found within your members area under "My Account".

The Credit Payment Plan is Outlined Below:

New Auction Listings	If your referral creates a new auction listing	0.10 GBP
Relisted Auctions	If your referral relists an auction listing	0.05 GBP
Auction Purchases	If your referral purchases an item listed	4.00 GBP
Account Verification	If your referral opts to validate and verify his identity	1.00 GBP
Store Subscription	If your referral creates a Store Subscription	0.25 GBP
User Registration	When a user registers and validates their email address	5.00 GBP
Account Payments	If your referral pays his account balances, the percentage you will receive	25.00 %

We have just purchased a few developments for Yorkshire Auction that will help make your experience with our service more enjoyable.

1- Google Base Module: This allows me to add any "BUY OUT" items automatically to the product search engine provided by Google. This means that your listing will gain maximum exposure on relevant searches across Yorkshire and the UK.
To allow your listing to qualify for this you must add a buy it now price to your auction to be included within the listings.
We can also use the generated files to submit your listings to Shopping.co and Shopzilla for increased exposure.

2- Affiliate Program: This module allows you to advertise our service using your unique links and will earn you credits for the following:

-Any New Registered User through your links who activate.
-Anyone who lists an auction.
-A Percentage from Anyone who deposits funds.
-Anyone opens a store.

You can use the credits you earn to either Advertise your business banners using our new User Banner Management Module stated below, OR to pay for any other fee based features that will be added in the future such as auction listing upgrades.

3- User Banner Management: This is another feature that allows users to advertise banners throughout the website. You can advertise your own website or your affiliate banners using this service.
Our systems works on a pay per impression basis.

The user banners will be on the homepage, within all categories and on the wanted advert section. This provides you maximum exposure for your business or affiliate links.

You can use the credits that you earn within the affiliate program to fund your advertising on our website.
